3/4 cup rolled oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup almond milk
1/2 apple, diced
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp maple syrup
chopped walnuts (to top)
Instructions
Mix rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, almond milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg until combined.
Fold in diced apple.
Stir in almond butter and maple syrup.
Refrigerate overnight.
Top with chopped walnuts before serving.
