3/4 cup rolled oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp granola (to top)
lemon zest
Instructions
Mix rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, almond milk, chia seeds, and vanilla extract until combined.
Gently fold in fresh blueberries.
Add lemon zest.
Refrigerate overnight.
Top with granola before serving.
