Sally's Green Chile Pork Braise

Saw this on IG and want to try it.

Sear pork in dutch oven. Sweat onion + garlic. Deglaze with stock. Add chiles + cumin. Braise at 275ยฐF for 3 hours until fork-tender. Shred, serve with tortillas + lime + cilantro.
